Tips For Healthy Sperm
Bernie Zilbergeld, PhD, sex therapist and author of The New Male Sexuality, as quoted on Tuesday (08/10/2013) mentions, failure often occurs because the baby get a lot of things. Generally, no fault of the woman or her male sex who are less intelligent.
One of the problems usually due to conditions that are less healthy sperm even though the men often do not want to admit it . Therefore , though somewhat difficult to determine whether healthy sperm alias tokcer ( potent ) except through laboratory testing , at least some of these things can help us to keep the fixed sperm quality ;
1 . quit smoking
2 . Stop drinking alcohol excessively
3 . Do not use the pants are too tight . Look a little loose and avoid bathing with water too hot so keep your testicles cool .
4 . Fixed multivitamin dietary intake of antioxidants such as vitamin C , E , and beta carotene.. It could also eat many fruits and vegetables . It's also good if you take a multivitamin containing zinc 20 mg per day.
5 . Avoid prolonged stress . Set aside time to meditate , be alone and enjoy your own life without interference of any kind whether it be music , movies , television , and others.
6 . Convince yourself that you drink safe dietary intake of various chemicals that can poison the body . Limit your intake of soft drinks .
7 . Limit fatty foods . Do not overdo consume without counterpoise fiber .
